100 gr of courgettes
100 gr of flour 00
100 ml of Soresina High Quality Fresh Milk
2 gr of Gran Soresina Grana Padano DOP
1 teaspoon of yeast
salt to taste
- Wash and grate the courgettes by squeezing them to remove excess water.
- In a bowl, put the flour, whole egg, milk, Grana Padano cheese and salt, mixing everything well. Add the yeast and stir until the batter is homogeneous and without lumps. Finally, add the grated courgettes.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and when it is hot, using a ladle, pour the mixture into the small pancakes. Cook a few minutes on each side and they will be ready to serve with fresh vegetables of your choice.
