2-3 aubergines

Gran Soresina Grana Padano in abundance

oregano, salt and oil to taste

basil

PREPARATION
  • Wash and cut the aubergines into slices about 1 cm thick, then place them on a baking tray lined with paper and greased with oil.
  • Salt the aubergines and cover each slice with plenty of cheese, completing with a pinch of oregano and a drizzle of oil. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
