A soft and delicious dessert! Ideal during the summer and practical to serve, this cream will be perfect for any occasion.
500 gr of Latteria Soresina Mascarpone cheese
60 gr of sugar
50 ml of unsweetened coffee
30 gr of dark chocolate chips
- Transfer the mascarpone into a bowl and soften it with a spatula for a few minutes.
- Pour the sugar and mix with a whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Pour the coffee a little at a time, stirring gently from bottom to top.
- Fill small glass glasses with the mixture and let it rest in the fridge for a couple of hours. When serving the cream, decorate it with dark chocolate chips.
