It will take very few minutes to make this delicious cream that does not need cooking; you can enjoy it accompanied by fresh fruit or use it to stuff your tarts.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

300 gr of Soresina White Yogurt

250 ml of fresh cream Milan

150 gr icing sugar

PREPARATION
  • Put in a bowl the well-cold fresh cream from the fridge and whip it with an electric whisk.
  • While the cream is whipping, add the powdered sugar with a spoon so that it swells until the mixture is very soft. Now add the white yoghurt by mixing everything with a spatula, stirring from the bottom to the top with gentle movements to avoid removing the cream.
  • Once all the ingredients are well mixed, your yoghurt cream is ready to be tasted.
  • Serve it in a small cup adding if you want fresh fruit or chocolate drops.
