Burro Soresina is our trademark: a product that never grows old, appreciated and recognized everywhere. Today, just as 8000 years ago – when it seems this delicious recipe came into being – butter is made by churning cream derived from milk or whey. Fresh milk that is collected daily from the cowsheds of our members in the green heart of the Po Valley, who work with respect for the animals according to a strict supply chain agreement that guarantees the quality of our butter.
Freshness is its main ingredient: the less time that passes between producing the cream and its processing, the less treatments are necessary. This results in a butter of superior quality, whose organoleptic characteristics are perfected through pasteurisation with multiple renderings of the cream, the addition of milk enzymes and slow ageing.
