In Latteria Soresina we call them “Piccoli” (the small ones) due to their reduced dimensions. However, they surely are big for their flavour, fragrance and versatility in the kitchen.
They are made from fresh milk as soon as it is collected at our members’ cattlesheds and they come in a wide range of shapes and flavours.
Topolino, Soresina 48 and Provoletta Dolce have a fine and delicate taste, while the Provoletta Piccantina and the many Caciocavallo varieties have more strong and sharp taste.
