INGREDIENTS

600 gr. courgettes
30 gr. Latteria Soresina Butter
3 spoonfuls of breadcrumbs
150 gr. Latteria Soresina Caciocavallo cheese
chives
pepper
salt
wooden toothpicks

PREPARATIONS

Thinly slice the courgettes lengthwise so they can be rolled without breaking them, pair them with thin slices of Latteria Soresina Caciocavallo and tie the rolls with a stalk of knotted chives.
Place in an oven dish so that they do not touch each other.
Add salt, cover with knobs of Latteria Soresina Butter and briefly bake in a hot oven (175°); then dust with breadcrumbs and brown under the grill.
